Thank you for choosing to use Cash365. Protecting your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use Cash365.
Cash365 does not collect any personal information about you, and the developer does not receive, store, or have access to any of your data. You can use the app fully offline, without any account.
If you choose to sign in with Google to enable sync, your authentication is used solely so that you can access your own data. The app then accesses:
userinfo.email, userinfo.profile and
openid scopes, used only to identify your account inside the
app on your device.
drive.file scope): the app can only see and manage the
single spreadsheet it creates for you, and cannot access any other file in
your Drive.
spreadsheets scope): used to
read and write your expense data into that spreadsheet.
All of this data lives only on your device and inside your own Google account. Only you can access it, through your own Google authentication. The developer never accesses it.
Cash365 does not collect any log data, analytics, or telemetry, and operates no servers. No usage information is sent to the developer or to any third party.
Cash365 does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies.
Cash365 only communicates with Google APIs (Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Google Sheets) to provide the optional sync to your own account. It does not use any third-party service that collects or shares your personal information.
Cash365's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to
the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use
requirements. The app only requests the minimum scopes needed for its features
and uses drive.file so that access is limited to the files it
creates.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no internet or mobile transmission is ever fully secure or error free.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we use and protect your information.
